Rebekah Guy’s is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, otherwise known as Physiatry. In Physiatry, the focus is on restoring or improving function. This is done by developing a comprehensive program that takes into consideration all the main aspects of a person’s life, including medical, vocational, social and emotional factors.

Dr. Guy did both her undergraduate degree and medical school at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Following medical school, she moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where she did an internship at Baptist Hospital Princeton and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She then did additional fellowship training in interventional spine procedures for pain at the Alabama Orthopedics Center.
